The photometric lab sits 200 feet from the assembly line. A fixture does not ship until its .ies, .ldt, Revit RFA, and DIALux plugin are in the same packet — and that packet is free to any specifier, no registration wall, no email gate.
XXECIEL is a family-owned architectural lighting manufacturer, operated from a single facility in High Point, North Carolina, since 2007. There is no private equity, no quarterly layoff cycle, and no holding company between your project coordinator and the people who built your luminaire.
One hundred eighty employees work under the same roof — design engineers, photometric lab technicians, assembly leads, project coordinators, and a service team that fields every RFI on every active project. The building is 142,000 square feet of CNC machining, powder coating, board stuffing, and final photometric verification, on a single campus you can drive to.
This matters on a 24-month construction schedule. It matters more on a 36-month one. When the GC changes a ceiling type in month 14, you are not asking a call-center queue for a re-cut — you are emailing the same coordinator who quoted the original spec, who pulls a fixture off the live production line, and re-issues a submittal in ten business days.
